An unlocked vehicle was entered & burglarized while parked in a lot in the 500 block of Pennsylvania Ave., police said. A cell phone charger, sunglasses & about 50 cents were reportedly stolen sometime between 5 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. Dec. 28.

6:05 p.m. – 800 block E. Tipton St., Report of a male subject pushing a female subject in a wheelchair in lane of traffic.

3:20 p.m. – 12000 block N. Co. Rd. 1250 E, Caller advised that when he was incarcerated his girlfriend stole his money, cell phone, and food stamp card.

5:23 p.m. – Super 8 Motel, Report of a male subject in room smoking.

11:57 a.m. – 10000 block N. Cedars Rd., Caller reported that a 24-year-old female has punched him in the face and kicked him in the groin. Parties are in a verbal argument right now. Caller is outside and the female subject is inside. This argument started because he accused her of infidelity.

3:19 p.m. – 2000 block E. Tipton St., Caller reported that a female subject in her 20’s, wearing tan pants and a brown jacket with a five-year-old child on foot said she is with the FBI.

3:44 p.m. – 1000 block N. Ewing St., Passerby reported that kids are skating down the roof.

12:17 a.m. – 300 block W. Fourth St., Pot smoking and fighting.

8:14 p.m. – 1000 block E. Co. Rd. 300 N, Caller advised that he is being harassed by someone who is saying they are going to burn his house down. He said he doesn’t know who it is.

4:51 p.m. – E. Washington St., Caller reported that a subject is intoxicated. No shirt on, but is wearing wet blue jeans. Subject is on foot and broke items in the home.
