5:18 p.m. – 200 block Commerce Dr., Unattended child sitting in front seat of a truck at a bar.

5:52 p.m. – 400 block Fountain Dr., Caller reported that her ex-boyfriend is threatening her & smoking in the house.

5:38 p.m. – 1000 block E. Tipton St., Report of an unoccupied motorized wheelchair sitting out by the highway.

5:30 p.m. – 200 block S. Vine St., Caller reported that her neighbor has an electrical cord plugged into her laundry room outlet.

3:06 p.m. – 700 block E. Fifth St., Report of an intoxicated female who is making her son stand outside in shorts & a t-shirt in 16 degree weather.

5:17 p.m. – 300 block S. Chestnut St., Richard is drunk & causing a problem with his mom & girlfriend.

4:08 a.m. – Montgomery Dr., Report of a male who is sitting in the snow & not wearing a lot of clothing. Seems disoriented.

3:38 p.m. – Birch St., ‘Concerned citizen’ reported a male subject who is walking around in dark clothing with several knives in his belt.

5:17 a.m. – 2000 block E. Tipton St., Drunk male is passed out upstairs & owes restaurant bill.
