3:17 p.m. – 1000 block W. Second St., Female in front yard. Under the influence of drugs. Chest exposed.

10:53 a.m. – 900 block N. Blish St., Report of a green van with all the doors open, kids inside, no seat belts, plus the pit bull is chasing the mailman.

7:30 p.m. – 300 S. Jackson Park Dr., Caller reported that her neighbor “has a spitting problem.”

8:17 a.m. – 1000 block W. Second St., Report of horrible living conditions – maggots, dog feces everywhere on the floor & walls, plus dirty dishes.

9:13 p.m. – 300 block N. Elm St., Male stole laundry basket from neighbor’s vehicle & continued walking northbound on Elm. Possibly heard saying, “do you want to die?”

4:37 p.m. – Village Circle Ave., Caller reported smelly trash next door.

10:40 p.m. – Community Dr., Caller advised of a person walking with a cane, wearing a gorilla mask.

4:46 p.m. – 1000 block E. Tipton St., Report of a subject living in the ceiling.

7:56 p.m. – Holiday Dr., Caller reported, “a lot of booming.”
