8:01 p.m. – 200 block E. Third St., Report of two Boy Scouts stuck in an elevator.

6:13 p.m. – 900 block N. Broadway St., 13-year-old male stole alcohol & got drunk.

7:23 p.m. – Stevens Dr. & S. Walnut St., Report of a subject who is going door to door, screaming into a cell phone.

8:06 a.m. – 300 block N. Ewing St., Back end of a silver Caddy with license plate “One Love” is blocking the exit to the hospice parking lot.

9:28 p.m. – 1200 block E. Tipton St., Caller reported that he watched a male subject urinate under a sign. He is wearing checkered flannel & looks dirty.

1:27 a.m. – 1000 block S. Walnut St., Report of a man running down the street screaming.

4:34 p.m. – 300 block S. Jackson Park Dr., Report of a male who is intoxicated. He needs help. Can’t stop drinking.
